Menards offers a great Menards Rebate Form 683 which I’ve used for a long time and has been a huge help to us when we re-finished our basement to get most of our items at no cost or for a very low price.
Menards rebates are straightforward. There is no need to cut any UPCs off of the product’s packaging or send photocopies of your receipt. When you purchase the item with a rebate at Menards you will receive a second rebate receipt automatically prints at the bottom of the main receipt. Each product’s rebate receipt will include a number.
Each week, when they release their sale flyer, there are items available for great prices after sending an offer. A lot of them are free after rebate (FAR) however, they have a clause that you must spend $10 in non-rebate goods to be eligible for the free rebates. This isn’t applicable to products that aren’t FAR. The rebate is offered in the form a Menards “rebatecheck”, which can be used as gift cards. Menards Rebate Form 683
You choose your items and then pay the full amount out-of-pocket (OOP) at the beginning. The receipt you receive will contain rebate receipts with rebates attached. each will be accompanied by an amount of rebate on it. A counter is situated near the exit door. It contains all the rebate forms in numerical order. Pick the one you need. Menards Rebate Form 683
In your home, fill in the forms (I employ address labels, so it takes just one second per form), address your envelopes, insert the forms and rebate receipt and you are completed. There’s no need to cut out UPC’s. Within three weeks the rebate “checks” are expected to start arriving through the mail.
